As a Canadian owned and operated company, we offer door-to-door delivery to all areas in Canada. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Estimated Delivery Time:

Unless otherwise specified on our site, you can expect to receive your blinds within approximately 2-3 weeks from the day you place your order*. Please note that some products may experience temporary delays due to supply chain issues. To check the current estimated production times, refer to the Shipping & Production tab at the bottom of each product page.

Tracking and Order Status:

Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information to easily monitor its status. To view your order status at any time, simply click on "View Order Status."

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping to all areas in Canada for all blinds under 94" where shipping by land is available. For orders with one or more products that are 94" or wider or longer, a one-time oversize charge of $85 applies. If land shipping is not possible to your location, we will inform you of the shipping cost before finalizing your order.

Transparent Pricing:

At Wow Blinds, we believe in transparent pricing. The price you see is the price you pay - no surprise duty, brokerage, or import tax charges.

Free Samples:

We understand the importance of choosing the perfect window coverings for your home. That's why we offer free samples delivered to your door anywhere in Canada in 2-7 days via Canada Post First Class Mail. Need samples faster? We also provide Overnight shipping for $20 via UPS, which is fully refundable upon placing a window covering order within 30 days of your sample order.

Delivery Time for Oversized Blinds and Custom Shutters:

Please note that delivery may take longer than 3 weeks for oversized blinds (wider than 90") or shipments to rural or remote locations, which may take an additional 1-3 weeks. For custom shutters, we typically ship them within 4 weeks after the order has been placed.

Inspection and Damage Claims:

Upon receiving your window coverings, we kindly ask you to inspect them immediately. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment or if it was made incorrectly as per your specifications, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. In such cases, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. However, if you fail to report damages within the 7-day period, we will only replace the items at your cost. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
