For most other blinds, anticipate a delivery time of 1 1/2 - 3 weeks. Don't forget to take advantage of our Free Sample Shipping service, where Wow Blinds offers complimentary samples delivered right to your door, no matter where you are in Canada. We utilize Canada Post First Class Mail for this service. Should you need your samples sooner, we also provide an Overnight sample shipping option for just $20 via UPS, which is fully refundable upon placing a window covering order within 30 days of your sample request.

A crucial note: Upon receiving your window coverings, kindly inspect them immediately. If you discover any damage due to shipment or if the products you ordered don't match your specifications, please notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. In such cases, we will promptly replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. However, if you fail to report any damage during this 7-day window, we will only provide replacements at your expense. It's important to ensure that all damaged shipments are signed for as such.

Please be aware that oversized blinds (>90” wide) or deliveries to rural or remote locations may require an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. Custom shutters, on the other hand, typically ship within 3-4 weeks after the order has been placed.
