At Wow Blinds, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your window coverings. We stand behind the quality of our products, and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee reflects our dedication to your happiness.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not 100% satisfied with the style, color or quality of your product, we'll work with you to make it right.
Simply contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to your home and we'll walk you through returning your blind. We'll send a replacement of equal value at no additional charge. If a remake would not correct your issue, we'll happily give your money back.
If you'd like a replacement specifically for color, we'll help you order a free sample of your product in the new color. After you receive the sample and know you'll love the new color, contact us and we'll send your free replacement blind.
You must have received your product to qualify for this policy. Prior authorization is required for returns. Limit one replacement per product. Once you've ordered a replacement, we cannot issue a refund for the same item. Limit 10 items per household per lifetime.
Due to volume, commercial orders are not covered by this guarantee. A commercial order is any order containing 25 or more of the same product, of tax exempt status, or delivered to a non-residential address.
This guarantee does not cover any product ordered outside our recommended sizes or specifications. Please be sure to view all specifications on the product page before ordering.

In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a merchandise credit that you can use to choose any other blinds of your preference. This way, we ensure that you find the perfect window coverings that meet your expectations and match your style.
Qualifying for a Refund or Merchandise Credit:
To qualify for a refund or merchandise credit, please follow these simple steps:
- Inform us of your dissatisfaction within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Donate the original blinds to a registered charity. We kindly request you to provide us with a copy of the donation receipt from the charity for verification purposes.
- In some cases, such as high-value motorized blinds, we may require the original blinds to be returned to Wow Blinds. Before donating any products, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance and guidance.
