3-Year Limited Warranty

The 3-year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. That means it’s free to you, no matter what. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser only, and for the original window in which it was installed.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, so long as the product was installed in accordance with the installation instructions. It also covers all the internal mechanisms, including the brackets.

What We Will Do

If we find your product has a defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the unit with no charge to you. If a particular part is defective, we will send you a replacement part. Repairs and replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products. We will do our best to match the repair or replacement with similar parts or products, but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match to previous orders or to other non-defective existing products, even if they are in or near the same window. If the product, part, or operating system has been discontinued, we will repair or replace the defective product with the most similar alternative available at the time of repair or replacement.

In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a Bill of Sale, canceled cheque or other payment record verifying the original purchase date must be presented to us. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary according to state of purchase, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also include other rights which may vary between provinces.

The 5-year Unlimited Warranty gives you ultimate peace of mind. No matter if you have rowdy children who rise up in a mutiny or your blinds become the dog's favorite play toy, it's covered. It's as simple as that. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser only, and for the original window in which it was installed.
